About Luxury Picnic
VEGETARIAN OPTIONS
We are happy to accommodate those who request a vegetarian option for their charcuterie box.
Requests must be made in advance- you can email info@lavenderpolo.com when your tickets are booked.
TABLE PLACEMENT
All tables in the fields will be set up in advance and once you check-in on arrival, tables will be first-come, first-serve. (unless the table has been assigned for a special event like engagement which our team will alert you to avoid sitting at).
BEES
Please note that we have hives on our property! They mainly mind their own beeswax, but as the picnic tables will be in the fields we ask you to be aware/cautious and come prepared with any medication if you are allergic.
ACCESSIBILITY
Please note that tables are low to the ground and you are sitting on pillows, which may not be comfortable for some. If you are accompanying someone who requires accommodation in terms of a taller table or assistance to and from the picnic area, please let us know if advance so we can help and arrange a staff member to assist.
NOTE
If rain is in the forecast on the date of your scheduled tickets, we will make the call at 12PM SAME DAY if we have to cancel the picnic. Ticketholders will be emailed and asked their preference on switching to our alternative date or receiving a refund. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience any weather-related cancellations cause, however, we want everyone to be safe and have an enjoyable experience.
