We offer four seasonal color themes. While we allow you to indicate your preference when booking, the final color will be chosen by group vote and may not reflect individual selections.

Yes. Advance booking is required so we can prepare food and decorations ahead of time. Walk-ins are not available for picnic sessions.

Yes! Leashed and friendly pets are welcome to join. Please supervise them at all times and clean up after them.

Each session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the workshop type.

Yes, your workshop booking includes same-day admission to the farm. Feel free to explore our lavender fields and coffee shop before or after your session.

Most workshops are suitable for ages 12 and up. We also offer special family-friendly sessions from time to time—stay tuned for announcements!

No need! All materials and tools will be provided—we’ve got everything ready for your creative experience.

Outdoor workshops, such as lavender field painting, will be rescheduled or moved indoors in case of rain. We’ll notify you in advance if any changes occur.

All visits are scheduled rain or shine. In the case of unfavorable weather conditions, we are happy to help you reschedule your visit to another available date within the season. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Most guests spend about 1.5 to 2 hours at the farm enjoying the lavender fields, coffee shop, and photo opportunities.

Parts of the farm have gravel paths and uneven terrain. We recommend contacting us in advance for specific accessibility needs.

Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations once the booking is confirmed. However, rescheduling may be possible under certain circumstances — subject to availability. If you need to reschedule, please email or call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.

If you plan to enjoy a picnic, we recommend bringing a picnic mat. A sun hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent spray are also helpful to keep you comfortable during your visit. Comfortable walking shoes are always a good idea! Please note that outside food is not permitted. However, our on-site coffee shop offers a variety of food options, including choices suitable for different dietary needs such as vegetarian.

Personal photography is welcome! We also offer lavender photography mini sessions to help you capture the most beautiful memories at the farm. Yes! Pets are welcome at Lavender Polo Farm. We kindly ask that you keep them on a leash at all times and clean up after them to keep the farm enjoyable for all guests.

Yes, we occasionally offer free guided farm tours, and you can select your preferred tour time slot upon check-in. We welcome walk-ins depending on availability, but priority is given to online reservations. Walk-in visitors are also subject to a 3.00 CAD surcharge on top of your ticket price, please call our farm in advance to check walk-in availability.

Events usually run rain or shine. In case of extreme weather, we’ll notify all ticket holders about rescheduling or cancellations via email and our social media channels.
