To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our booking and cancellation policy below: 01.Rain or Shine All visits are scheduled rain or shine. In the case of unfavorable weather conditions, we are happy to help you reschedule your visit to another available date within the season. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. 02. Cancellation & Refunds Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations once the booking is confirmed. However, rescheduling may be possible under certain circumstances — subject to availability. 03. How to Reschedule To request a reschedule, please email or call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date.
