Cancellation Policy
- Please note, that our staff will double check the age of visitors who purchase the senior ticket(s). Please bring any form of government supported ID for us to validate your eligibility, we thank you for your corporation and hope to see you soon. - Cancellation Window: Tickets can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit date. - Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% transaction fee to cover processing costs. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
