Cancellation Policy

Lavender Photography Session Policy To ensure the best experience for you and all our guests, please read the following policies before your session: 01. Arrival & Timing • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and preparation. • Sessions start and end on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened session time without refund. • Wristbands must be picked up at the ticket booth prior to entry. 02. Outfit & Props • You may bring simple props and accessories (e.g. hats, baskets, blankets) and limited outfit changes. • No changing rooms are provided on-site, so please plan accordingly. • Large setups or furniture items must be approved in advance. 03. Field Etiquette • Please stay within the designated photography areas. • Do not pick or damage the lavender plants. • Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. 04. Weather & Rescheduling • Sessions continue in light rain or wind. • In the event of severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule. • You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. 05. Cancellation & No-show Policy • Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but rescheduling is permitted. • No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 06. Photo Delivery • Retouched high-resolution images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the session via online gallery. • For editing style or delivery-specific questions, please contact your assigned photographer directly.
